Your submission of an order through victoriagol.com confirms that you own the copyright for the submitted image or have express, written consent of the copyright holder to utilize the image for the purpose of having it painted by an artist. Victoriagol.com is not liable for any copyright infringement that may occur while producing a product for you.

If we do not hear back from a customer on painting feedback and/or approval following two customer service emails within 15 days, we will assume the painting is approved and it will be shipped to the customer.

You give Victoriagol.com permission to use your painting and submitted imagery in marketing. To opt out of this permission, please email info@victoriagol.com


CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. You must contact and have permission from the artist before any use of copyrighted material that has been uploaded to this website.
